Shopping list for 2 portions of Berry Salad with Zucchini and Basil (Vegetable-Fruit Salad):
125 g Raspberries
500 g Strawberries
1 Zucchini
2 Basil branches
Preparation Time: approx. 5 minutes
Directions for the Berry Salad with Zucchini and Basil (Vegetable-Fruit Salad):
Wash the Strawberries and Raspberries in a sieve and put it on the side to let the water drip of. Then you wash the Zucchini, dry it with a kitchen paper and quarter it lengthwise. Hold the pieces together and cut them in thin slices.
Now you pat the berries dry with a kitchen paper as well. Halfen the strawberries and put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Afterwards wash the basil and pluck them in small pieces.
Now mix the zucchini slices, the raspberries, the strawberries and the basil with two big spoons carefully together – so quick is you yummy and healthy vegetable-fruit salad ready! Have fun while eating yourself fit!
