Directions Juicy Beef-Hash Brown Burger:
Hash Browns:
Peel the potatoes, then wash and grate them in a food processor. Mix the eggs and flour into the grated potatoes. Season with the nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour some sunflower oil in a pan and heat on medium heat.
For one hash brown patty use around 2 tbs. of the potato mix. Place in your pan (should fit 2 patties at a time in your pan) and, with a spoon, form each one to a flat, round or oval shape. When the side facing down is golden brown and crispy turn it over and fry the other side. Continue until you’ve used all the potato mixture. You should have 8 patties.
Burger:
Wash and cut the red pepper into thin strips and fry them in the pan for a few minutes with some sunflower oil. (or olive oil if that’s all you have) While that’s frying, season your beef steaks with fresh ground salt and pepper. A pinch of each on each side of the steak.
