Shopping List for roughly 16 Triple Chocolate Brownies (20 x 20 or 28 x 15 cm pan), for one baking sheet size batch of Triple Chocolate Brownies, double the ingredients:
125g dark chocolate (about 70% cocoa)
125g milk chocolate
50g white chocolate
50g cocoa powder
125 ml cream
125g butter
125g granulated sugar
125g all purpose flour
2 eggs
Preparation Time: approx. 50 minutes
Directions for the Triple Chocolate Brownies:
Melt the dark chocolate and the butter in the microwave. Next, chop the milk chocolate and white chocolate into big chunks. Heat the oven to 200 C.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until foamy, then add the sugar and beat until creamy. Add the flour, the cocoa powder and the cream and mix to incorporate. Finally, stir in the melted chocolate and butter, as well as the chocolate chunks.
Grease your pan with butter and pour the batter into the pan. Bake for about 25 minutes. The Triple Chocolate Brownies are done when a toothpick or fork inserted into the center comes out just a bit moist.
