Recipe:
Shopping List for 4 portions Toblerone Mousse
200g Toblerone
5 tbs. milk
300g whipping cream
125g raspberries
Preparation Time: approx. 15 minutes
Resting Time: 3-4 hours
Directions Toblerone Mousse with Raspberries:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler on the stove, then warm up the milk – also in the microwave or on the stove. When they’re both ready, add the milk slowly into the chocolate, stirring continuously as you add. Stir until it’s mixed together well.
Whip the cream to soft peaks, then fold it into the chocolate until it’s fully incorporated. Now put your mousse in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours so it becomes firm.
To serve, spoon the mousse into a red wine glass (or whatever you have) and top with the raspberries. Of course you can top the mousse with whatever fruit you want – strawberries or blueberries for example.
