Homemade Wraps with Sheep's Cheese, Rucola and sundried Tomato-Filling

Are you looking for an uncomplicated recipe for a party or for your family lunch? With wraps you can’t go wrong. You can make them with different fillings, and prepare them to be a party snack or a whole meal. We definitely recommend you give these Homemade Wraps with Sheep’s Cheese-, Rucola-, and Sundried Tomato – Filling a try!

Recipe:

Shopping List for 6 portions of wrap filling

200g sheep’s cheese
1 handful rucola
50g sundried tomatoes, pickled

Wrap Bread:

200g all purpose flour
150ml water
1 tsp. salt

Preparation Time: approx. 15 minutes

Directions for the Homemade Wraps with Sheep’s Cheese-, Rucola-, and Sundried Tomato-Filling:

Wrap Bread:
Here we show you how to easily make wrap bread yourself 

Wrap Filling:
Break the sheep’s cheese with your fingers into small crumbly pieces and spread over the middle of each wrap.

Cut the sundried tomatoes into strips and add 4 to 6 strips to each wrap. Wash the rucola and add about 4 pieces to each wrap.

Fold each wrap together and cover half with aluminum foil, so the filling doesn’t fall all over the place. Now they’re ready to eat, or you can cover them in cling wrap and leave them a few hours in the fridge until your guests arrive.
