Recipe:
Shopping List for 6 portions of wrap filling
200g sheep’s cheese
1 handful rucola
50g sundried tomatoes, pickled
Wrap Bread:
200g all purpose flour
150ml water
1 tsp. salt

Wrap Filling:
Break the sheep’s cheese with your fingers into small crumbly pieces and spread over the middle of each wrap.
Cut the sundried tomatoes into strips and add 4 to 6 strips to each wrap. Wash the rucola and add about 4 pieces to each wrap.
Fold each wrap together and cover half with aluminum foil, so the filling doesn’t fall all over the place. Now they’re ready to eat, or you can cover them in cling wrap and leave them a few hours in the fridge until your guests arrive.
