Directions for the Homemade Wraps with Poultry-, Mango-, Grape- and Walnut–Filling:
Wrap Bread:
Here is an easy recipe for how to make wrap bread yourself.
Wrap Filling:
Cut the turkey or chicken breast into bit size pieces. Heat a pan on high heat, adding a bit of oil to the pan. Fry the poultry pieces, together with the curry powder until it’s nice and golden brown.
While that’s frying, peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Also wash the lettuce leaves, leaving them whole. Roast the walnuts briefly in another pan, then add the honey to them.
Spread the cream cheese on one side of each wrap. Lay the lettuce leaves in the middle of each wrap and add some of the poultry, mango, grapes and walnuts to each. Roll the wraps tightly together and wrap some aluminum foil around half of each, so they stay in form and you can eat without making a mess.
Now take a big bite and enjoy ☺
