Fruit Pizza Crust:
115 g butter (at room temperature)
1 egg
170 g granulated sugar
280 g all purpose flour
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
Preparation Time: approx. 45 minutes
Directions for the fruit pizza:
Pizza Crust:
Stir the sugar, flour, salt and baking powder together until mixed well. Add the butter and egg and kneed together until well incorporated. Heat the oven to 175 C. Grease a pizza or cake form and evenly spread your dough on the bottom of the form. Don’t forget to press some of the dough a little up the sides. This will later hold the filling in place. Bake the pizza crust for about 8 to 10 minutes, until it’s lightly browned.
Pizza Topping:
Mix the cream cheese and vanilla sugar together and, once the crust has had time to cool completely, spread it on top of the crust. Finally, decorate your fruit pizza with the fruits of your choice. Have fun trying it out and enjoy!
