Fruit Pizza Crust:

115 g butter (at room temperature)
1 egg
170 g granulated sugar
280 g all purpose flour
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder

Preparation Time: approx. 45 minutes

Directions for the fruit pizza:

Pizza Crust:
Stir the sugar, flour, salt and baking powder together until mixed well. Add the butter and egg and kneed together until well incorporated. Heat the oven to 175 C. Grease a pizza or cake form and evenly spread your dough on the bottom of the form. Don’t forget to press some of the dough a little up the sides. This will later hold the filling in place. Bake the pizza crust for about 8 to 10 minutes, until it’s lightly browned.
