Shopping List for 4 portions of Avocado-Marzipan Cream
2 avocados
200g marzipan
300 ml yogurt
2 strawberries (for a decorative touch)
if you like:
2 tbs. amaretto liqueur
Preparation Time: approx. 5 minutes
Directions for the Avocado-Marzipan Cream:
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits with a spoon. Carefully, and thoroughly, scrape the avocado out of the shell and put it in a bowl.
Put the marzipan in the bowl with the avocado. Add the yogurt to the ingredients. With a hand blender mix the three components together well. When it’s well mixed and has an even consistency the Avocado-Marzipan Cream is ready.
Using a small spoon, carefully scoop the Avocado-Marzipan Cream into 4 glasses. Wash the strawberries, cut them in half and cut each half into thin slices. Decorate each glass with the slices of half a strawberry and voilà – this light summer dessert is finished!
If you want to, you can refine the Avocado-Marzipan Cream with some amaretto liqueur.
