Recipe:
Shopping list for 1 Pizza Crust
250g all purpose flour
3 tsp. active dry yeast
125ml water
50ml olive oil
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation Time: approx. 20 minutes (+30 minutes resting time)
Directions for the Pizza Crust:
Stir together the water, yeast and sugar. Now gradually add the flour, continuing to stir as you add. Finally, mix in the olive oil and salt. Now, kneed the mixture together until you have a smooth dough. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
On a surface covered with flour, roll out the dough until fairly thin and place on a baking sheet without (!) baking paper. Bake at 250 C for 15 to 20 minutes, until it gets a nice golden brown color.
Depending on the toppings you use, you may need to take the crust out of the oven a bit earlier, put the toppings on and put the pizza back in the oven for the rest of the time (a few minutes).
