Then you wash the Zucchini, dry it with a kitchen paper and quarter it lengthwise. Hold the pieces together and cut them in thin slices.<\/p>\n<p>Now you pat the berries dry with a kitchen paper as well. Halfen the strawberries and put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Afterwards wash the basil and pluck them in small pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Now mix the zucchini slices, the raspberries, the strawberries and the basil with two big spoons carefully together &#8211; so quick is you yummy and healthy vegetable-fruit salad ready!
