Wash the figs and cut off both ends of each fig. Cut into quarters and finally into thin slices. Put the walnuts in a pan and roast on high heat. They should roast enough while the pan is heating up, and once the pan is really hot add the forest honey and stir to coat the walnuts. Once coated, quickly remove from the burner so the walnuts don\u2019t burn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Honey-Mustard Dressing with Balsamic:<\/strong><br \/>\nMix the olive oil with the mustard, honey, balsamic syrup and balsamic vinegar. Refine the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper. And finished!<\/p>\n<p>Mix together the corn salad and arugula and cut or tear the Serrano ham into thin strips. Put everything, together with the figs and walnuts, into a salad bowl and drizzle the Honey-Mustard Dressing over top. To finish, toss the salad together well and serve. Over each portion, grate some thin Parmesan pieces.
