Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Next, cut the melon into quarters. Cut off the rind, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces as well. Finally, remove the skin from the kiwis and cut each kiwi into quarters. Put everything together in a blender and puree the fruits and veggies until it is thoroughly mixed and has a fairly liquid consistency.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have a blender, use a hand blender to puree the cucumber, melon and kiwi one thing at a time. Use a food processor to get the lettuce to very finely chopped. (A food processor is also great for making pesto.) Often there is an extra attachment that comes with your hand blender that you could also use instead of a food processor.
