Why? \u2013 it wakes us up and give us energy for the day. We want to be full from breakfast but not stuffed. Right now our favorite breakfast is made up of homemade muesli, natural yogurt and the fruit of your choice. The muesli is ready before you know it and you can put it together however you like \u2013 you can also make double the recipe to begin with, it stays good in tupperware for around 4 weeks.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/recipes-simply-delicious.com\/en\/recipe-homemade-muesli-with-blueberries-and-natural-yogurt\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-390\" alt=\"blueberries-grated-coconut-yogurt-walnuts\" src=\"http:\/\/recipes-simply-delicious.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/blueberries-grated-coconut-yogurt-walnuts.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"http:\/\/recipes-simply-delicious.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/blueberries-grated-coconut-yogurt-walnuts.jpg 700w, http:\/\/recipes-simply-delicious.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/blueberries-grated-coconut-yogurt-walnuts-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Recipe:<\/h3>\n<h3>Shopping List for 4 Breakfast portions<\/h3>\n<p>200g blueberries<br \/>\n1 L natural yogurt<\/p>\n<h4>Homemade Muesli:<\/h4>\n<p>100g rolled oats<br \/>\n40g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, pine nuts)<br \/>\n40g grated coconut<br \/>\n25g chopped walnuts<br \/>\n25g sesame seeds<br \/>\n75g honey<br \/>\n\u00bd tbs. sunflower oil<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp. vanilla sugar<br \/>\n1 pinch salt<\/p>\n<p>Preparation Time: approx. 25 minutes<\/p>\n<h2>Directions for the Homemade Muesli with Blueberries and Natural Yogurt:<\/h2>\n<p>Mix together the rolled oats, coconut, walnuts, sesame, and the seed mixture. Add the honey, sunflower oil, vanilla sugar and salt and combine well.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the mixture over a baking sheet with baking paper and place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 C. Stay close by because if it over bakes (it will get to dark in color) it will start to taste bitter. It\u2019s finished when it\u2019s a golden yellow color.<\/p>\n<p>While your muesli is in the oven, wash the blueberries and fill a regular glass 1\/3 full with the yogurt.<\/p>\n<p>When the muesli is ready, add it on top of the yogurt in the glass, so the glass is now a total of 2\/3\u2019s full. Add around another 2 cm of yogurt on top of the muesli and to top it off, the blueberries \u2013 this healthy breakfast is ready.
